Registration
Having entered his name, password, and date of birth our tester officially joined Betcoin.ag Casino on December 1, 2023.
Deposit
The first obstacles were experienced while trying to fund the account as the deposit option was non-functional. USD and EUR, which were his initial choices, didn’t work, so he switched to crypto, as advised by the support agent.
Unfortunately, this didn’t work either, so he refreshed the page, cleared cache and cookies, and re-logged. It turned out this entire mess was the browser’s fault. As soon as he switched from Chrome to Microsoft Edge, all the issues magically disappeared.
He opted for Tether (USDT) and used Skrill to deposit EUR 100 to his Betcoin.ag Casino balance. With the Skrill fee (EUR 2) and network fee (2.11 USDT) applied, the tester was charged EUR 102 or 109.04 USDT.
When the money didn’t appear on his casino balance even after a couple of hours, he contacted support to check what was going on, while also providing a screenshot of the receipt and the address he used to deposit. The support agent asked him to supply the screenshot of his Betcoin wallet.
What’s more, the tester noted that the process was recorded, pointing out that he could provide footage to help resolve the situation. This could not be done due to the large size of the file, so he provided a screenshot from the recording where the address and the Skrill receipt were visible.
As confirmed, the delay was due to the operator’s mistake, as it mislabeled the tester’s selected currency. Instead of USDT, his transaction was marked in USDC, but as soon as the obstacle was detected it was polished in no time.

Withdrawal
Multiple wins and quite a lengthy list of games played apparently weren’t enough for our tester to reach the Play to Bonus requirement, and he was therefore unable to cashout.
According to the Terms, cashouts must be processed via the same method as the one used to fund the account, as a part of the Anti-Coin Mixing Policy. The minimum withdrawal is the equivalent of USD 5, regardless of the currency selected.
