Registration

Deposit
A day later, on April 18, 2024 the tester decided to deposit USD 180 in Bitcoin (0.00284442 BTC) via Mycelium Bitcoin wallet. With miners' fees applied, the expected amount to receive was USD 172.40/ 0.00300181 BTC.
About 15 minutes later, an e-mail arrived informing him that his transaction was successful. He received USD 171.59, due to BTC value fluctuations. According to the Terms, USD is the only currency a player can select during registration.
Deposit options include debit or credit cards such as VISA or MasterCard, and multiple cryptocurrencies among which BTC, LTC, USDC, USDT, and ETH.
The minimum for cards is USD 20, whereas the maximum daily and weekly deposit sum is $500. The monthly maximum is $1,000, whereas the maximum per transaction is limited to $300.
For cryptocurrencies, the minimum is also $20, but there are no daily, weekly, or monthly maximum limits. However, the maximum a player can transfer in a single transaction is $10,000.
Gameplay
With money on his casino balance the tester ventured into playing games. The first game he selected was Beary Wild, followed by Planet of the Roos, T-Rex Wild Attack, Great Golden Lion, and Cleopatra’s Gold Deluxe. He then checked out Megasaur, winning USD 39.25 during the Free Games feature.

Withdrawal & KYC
Having explored multiple games the tester made a cashout request of USD 375.27, also via BTC. Two days went by and the tester still didn’t receive his funds, so he contacted the live chat support team to find out what was going on.
The live chat assistant asked the tester if that was his first time to make a request and mentioned ID verification. According to live chat support, cashout requests are usually approved within 2 business days, after which it takes between 3-7 days for funds to be credited. The time depends on the selected payment method.
Another two days went by and on April 22, 2024, the tester received mail that his withdrawal request was declined. On the same day, he received an e-mail from the support department requiring him to submit a selfie in which he holds the ID document. He was also asked to provide another proof of address, as the one he previously sent was outdated, and so he did.
On April 24, 2024, the tester decided to submit the new request, once again of USD 375.27 in BTC. This time, he received a notification that his request was received.
A couple of more days went by, still without approval, so the tester contacted the customer support team one more time. He was informed that his request was still under review by the payments team.
On May 2, 2024, the tester finally had his transaction approved. He received USD 380.38/ 0.00642 BTC.
Withdrawal methods are like those that can be used for depositing. Payment requests are limited to one per week, that is four per month. The processing time stated in the cashier is within 3 days.
No fees are imposed on any type of transaction, except for the miners’ fees. Cashouts are usually returned to the same method as the one used for depositing. A player can have one pending withdrawal on their account.
The minimum withdrawal is set at USD 50, whereas the maximum per transaction is $5,000. Weekly and monthly limits apply but they be upgraded based on the selected banking method, player’s loyalty status, or agreement with the account manager. Larger payments may be divided into installments.
Conclusion
Too slow processing of crypto transactions, coupled with not-so-rapid customer support are not the ingredients that contribute towards securing a pleasant casino experience.
