    Hi Kathy, please can I ask you to contact our customer support team who will help you out with this. Players who verify their accounts have less issues when it comes to making deposits. Maybe this is the reason why?

    Hi,

    I was lucky to win max 200. They asked me to send my docs and I did so. Copy of my EU driving license and utility bill was send. When I asked how my withdraw is doing they said that my account has been zeroed because I had given wrong info to them?!? Casino claimed that I had given wrong birthday, one month wrong in my registration?! I don"t believe and if so, I had send my id, correction can be made on basis of my id? Unbelievable, I would say.

    I take this as serious as the casino you are representing...even the other half of me is feeling funny. The fact that my birth day is wrong, I think is ridiculous. Must be human error or typo and, as I have told earlier, could be corrected on basis of my docs. But no, you say. Hey, I'm a grown up. why would I tell my birth day one month wrong? To lie my age one month younger? C'mon. 

    And what comes to my address, it is correct. If you are saying that it is not fully completed, I say that you  are wrong. It is as complete as needed for my identification check. I live in Finland, my post is delivered to me even if the city is the only thing mentioned.

    To try put this into context, what is to stop you creating more accounts giving slightly different details each time then when you win, changing the details to claim your bounty from free chips?

    How many players do you think do this kind of activity? The answer is lots!

    And this is the reason why we deal with it the same way. 

    The casino requires that players give their full and correct information on signup to avoid any such issues. Unfortunately this hasn't been the case hereas the DOB was incorrect and there was missing details from the address compared to the documents provided, as a result the decision was taken to cancel any winnings from the no deposit bonus. 

    We can agree to disagree on the address details, however what you provided us on signup is different to the documents you supplied on verifying your account. I would love to be able to reverse the decision for you to help the situation, but I just cannot do that based on the T&C's of the casino.

    I tried to check my details in  you casino but I couldn't. I like more transparent way of working in these kind of issues, like in almost all other casinos. You can check an correct your details if needed. And I don´t like the sound of your voice, you let all understand that I'm the big cheater. I'm not.

    Hi, I was betting 60 cents and got the bonus round of 25 spins and then won 1200 on the first 2 spins then the spins stopped. I was told from Carl on Cherryjackpot casino that the rules state that you can win a max of 2000 times your bet per spin. But I told him thats per spin....not a total of spins per round or feature. Why didn't I get the rest of my spins?

    On this occasion your stake was $0.60. Multiply that by 2,000 you get $1,200 max win amount. As you reached this, the bonus round ended as you cannot win any further amounts regardless of the number of spins used/left.

    This possibly isn't clear enough and I will raise it internally to see if anything can be done about that. Should you have any further question though, it would be advisable to get the best possible service to direct them through our 24/7 casino host team.

The three times I contact them they say is process is on the way i should receive it within  48 hrs. I checked today nothing wire to my bank. I confirm with their rep and bank info is correct so i don’t know.

    Bitcoin withdrawals are sent with far too low of a miner fee. When I deposit $16, I have to pay miner fees of $1-$4 at at times due to congestion. My withdrawal today was for $100 and was sent with a miner fee of $0.35 which has left my transaction unconfirmed and stuck in the pool for 12 hours. With BTC being fluctuating in price, I'm not sure why withdrawals are not sent with even a medium sized miner fee to ensure they are confirmed within 1-2 hours.
