Ok so here we go again... I withdrew £700 from this casino via bitcoin.. I only received £668 TO my bitcoin wallet.. Then i had to convert this to GBP and this cost me £9.95 so i walked away with £658 overall from a £700 cashout meaning a loss of £42 overall. This isn't rite surely? If this casino had the option of withdrawal to card I would of received £700 in full. Why should i have to lose out? Why wqs only £668 received!?

Hello I am having an extremely frustrating time trying to get my payout from Cocoa Casino. I requested it in the last week of Jan.
