Casino Rep got back to us and clarified this case as well. He said that you won from a second free chip with no subsequent deposit and tried to turn that money into cash by depositing $32 on top of it. Your deposit of $32 was refunded and the withdrawal was denied due to breaching the rules.
Your second account that is deactivated has already 8 consecutive free chips in it.
With that being said we will close this complaint and mark it as Resolved.
