    Hello, I have been reaching out to support@goatspins.com about my issue and they refuse to respond to me so maybe here will work. I used bonus code GoatBoost and at THE TIME it said “no-max cash out” however it deducted 5,256.78 from my balance when I finished the play through? It clearly says NO-Max Cashout. You guys changed the bonus terms AFTER I won and now you guys wont respond to my emails.I have a screenshot of the bonus terms when I used it.

    Ilong story short.. They rolled my account to zero right after I hit for 1600 roughly. 

     

    was in the middle of playing and I was hitting pretty good and then out of nowhere right whenever I hit up to I was like 1600 or something they rolled back my account or the entire server I'm not sure which but I've got all the logs and everything and just them playing stupid through the live chat and through email so long story short do not use these idiots

    I won $700 on goat spins and when I withdrawled the money they voided all of my winnings. I reached out to agents live chat and they said it was voided because I didn’t make a deposit and I have to make a deposit in between every 5 free bonuses. I tried speaking with them because in the terms and conditions it clearly states “there should be at least one deposit made between them” Keyword there is SHOULD. Doesn’t mean it’s mandatory. After showing agents that, 5 different agents left the chat.     Well I dont know if this thread not having a post since Feb is good thing or bad lmao. Anyhoo, let's jump right in:

     

    Alright.... so I *KNOW* I've been a little overwhelming recently. I even started to bug myself a little. It's what happens when there's poor communication/understanding. So I get it.

     

     

    ... but to straight out disable live chat support for me? Come on. That just feels like adding salt to the wound at this point. The other times, sure, I could've absolutely worked around my technical difficulties on my own. But this time, I cannot. All the details are in the screenshots. And the last screenshot will be what chat support now appears to me as (and yes, I will double check it before I post this).

     

    And on a.... possibly?..... relevant note: I didnt know this until after the fact but I guess this game has been having technical difficulties and bugs at multiple casinos. That being said, I want you to know that I dont see this as the Casino's fault. Not in the slightest. Hell, I even started to annoy myself a little with how much I was needing to contact them. So I'm not upset, not one bit, just wanting to do the right thing and report something on/in my account before it turned into a big mess.

    Now, that initial nonwinning spin WITH the second chance respin ALSO NOT resulting in a win was incorrect. And I have no idea why the game would show me that. All i know is that when I was redirected hours later, that spin was unresolved for some reason. And it picked up right where it would've concluded the second chance respin to see if you won the bonus feature. But this time, it resulted in a a 3rd bonus symbol, thusly triggering the bonus feature. Which is not the same result it showed me hours earlier.

     

     

    In short, to my knowledge, I had a balance of less than $1 when making my free spin request eith absolutely zero possibilities of it being greater than $1 at the time of requesting the spins. Considering that, I know that if I started the free spins, or tried wagering on anything at all, it would create a big ol mess for everyone down the road. But support straight b**ch slapped me, gave me a hug saying sorry, and then locked the door before I even knew they closed it lmao. And I sincerely do not know how to proceed other than "DO NOT wager anything on anything until this is resolved...

Taj okret je rezultirao pobedom i konačnim stanjem od 1,5 dolara dok sam imao aktiviranih tih 30 besplatnih okretaja na tvister vilds.

    Sada, taj početni okret bez dobitka SA drugom šansom, TAKOĐE NE rezultira pobedom, bio je netačan. I nemam pojma zašto bi mi igra to pokazala. Sve što znam je da kada sam preusmeren nekoliko sati kasnije, taj spin je iz nekog razloga bio nerešen. I pokrenuo se tačno tamo gde bi zaključio drugu šansu da se vidi da li ste osvojili bonus funkciju. Ali ovog puta, to je rezultiralo trećim bonus simbolom, čime je pokrenuta bonus funkcija. Što nije isti rezultat koji mi je pokazao nekoliko sati ranije.

    Ukratko, koliko mi je poznato, imao sam stanje manji od 1 USD kada sam podneo zahtev za besplatno okretanje ili apsolutno nula mogućnosti da bude veći od 1 USD u vreme zahteva za okretanje. Uzimajući to u obzir, znam da ako započnem besplatne okrete ili pokušam da se kladim na bilo šta, to bi stvorilo veliki nered za sve u nastavku. Ali podrška me je ošamarila, zagrlila govoreći izvini, a onda zaključala vrata pre nego što sam i znao da su ih zatvorili. I iskreno ne znam kako dalje osim „NE kladiti se ni na šta dok se ovo ne reši...

    I used some coupon codes, and my balance dropped below a dollar on several different occasions which voided any coupon requirements when I went to cash out, they voided my winning saying that I played on games that were not included.
