    I've been waiting almost two months and they will not withdrawal my payout request. They continue to give me the same canned response every time I chat with them. "We are very sorry for the delay do not worry, we have shared your urgency, you will get your withdrawal as soon as possible, do not worry our finance department will give you the status through email regarding your withdrawal".

    Hi Juan and reps.  I have 6 cashouts pending here.  3 of which are 1 month and 2 days old.  All of these could be batched together as the total is under $1000 which is their max per week.  They have paid me in the last so I'm not so much worried about them not paying but I think the time frame is getting a bit too long.  They promised 7-10 business days and it's unfortunately been well beyond that.  In fact all of my cashouts are beyond that.  Have contacted support several times and they say they have escalated it to priority and will be soon but that was over a week ago.

    Perhaps you are referencing the other poster undergrounddeal?  All 6 of my payments including the 2-3 that over a month old still haven't been paid.  I have been checking everyday and just went and looked now after I saw your response.  I can send you my username Juan if you'd like that I have on Golden lady but unfortunately Juan/Sydney/All none of the withdrawals I posted about have been paid yet.

    Thanks again Sydney, still nothing for me.  Reached out to support again last night, same generic response apologizing and saying it was marked as a priority.  In case anyone is wondering this is what my current withdrawals look like.

    Thanks Sydney, just logged in to my account again hoping that there would be some progress as it's Monday and  there would be no progress on the weekend but unfortunately still nothing.  I'm guessing I'll probably have to wait the 2 months like Undergrounddeal did (assuming that Juan was referencing his payout) which is next week anyway for 3 of them oh well what can you do?  I don't even really mind delays as long as payment goes through but now I'm starting to get nervous..  They had paid me $1000 in the past off of a withdrawal I made and that only took about 7 days so it's not like I'm not verified or there is any issues regarding that.  Who knows, guess it's par for the course with good bonuses, as long as they start paying and eventually pay it all out I won't be too upset.  Thanks again for all the help.

Čak mi i ne smetaju kašnjenja sve dok isplata prolazi, ali sada počinjem da se nerviram. Platili su mi 1000 dolara u prošlosti od podizanja koje sam napravio i to je trajalo samo oko 7 dana tako da nije tako Nisam verifikovan ili ima bilo kakvih problema u vezi s tim. Ko zna, pretpostavljam da je to u skladu sa kursom sa dobrim bonusima, sve dok počnu da plaćaju i na kraju sve isplate, neću biti previše uznemiren. Hvala još jednom za svu pomoć.

    Hi Sydney, I did get part of it as they grouped the 4 smallest ones together and paid that but the two largest ones have yet to be paid out yet.  Your message was 11 days ago so hopefully by the end of this week they actually pay me the other ones  like they are supposed to.  I waited to post here as they never sent me an email or anything like letting me know and the wallet sddress they used was not the one I had used for the withdrawals but did March a previous withdrawal.  I was thinking that the payment might have been from a different casino but it was actually from them so that's good!  Hopefully the larger amounts come soon.  Thanks again.

    I have tried to make a withdrawal from the casino for over two months. I won $50 and completed the payout requirements. When I tried to make a bitcoin withdrawal it gave me an error message saying payout canceled by external validation. Contacted customer support and was told I had to make a $20 deposit. I fell for it and did that. Got the same error message. Was told back end was working on it and to come back in a couple of hours. Came back next day, same thing. Error. Was told to give it time. Waited two weeks. Came back, same exact error message. Support told me to give them time and when I said no one has contacted me at all the chat was ended. This site is a scam and LCB needs to lower the rating.
