    Hi all i have a concerning issue indeed, I have been playing casino dingo for the last 4,5 weeks and was lucky enough to win a jackpot of about £900 so I decided after playing my account total down to about 1500$ I went to withdraw! I then sent in all my required documents to proceed with the process ! After about 2weeks I hadn’t heard a single thing that they recieved my documents or that my winnings were getting processe so I msged the 24/7 chat on the casino for them to rudely tell me I wasn’t getting my winning and that’s all she said! So I msged for about the next 4 days finally to get put through to management of casino dingo to find out that supposedly I had played a roulette (which I hadn’t 100% guarnteed ) so in doing so it has void my winnings which I new nothing of anyway! All they could do is replace my deposit I started with!!! I was told from management that if I was too look at my game history I would c for myself So my winnings are just taken for me not to c again over this!!! By the time I lefgt chat and Went to look at history the remaining 141$ I had in my account  was now pending and my history was empty! I didnt ask to withdraw my account money they just did why? I asked for my deposit back which I didn’t receive anyway! This is fraud in my eyes so please help me get my winnings 

    Zdravo svi, zaista imam problem, igrao sam kazino dingo poslednjih 4,5 nedelje i imao sam sreće da osvojim džekpot od oko 900 funti, tako da sam odlučio nakon što sam odigrao ukupan iznos na računu na oko 1500 dolara, otišao sam na povući se! Zatim sam poslao svu svoju traženu dokumentaciju da nastavim sa procesom! Posle otprilike 2 nedelje nisam čuo nijednu stvar da su primili moje dokumente ili da se moj dobitak obrađuje pa sam poslao poruku 24/7 chat u kazinu da mi grubo kažu da ne dobijam svoj dobitak i to je sve Ona je rekla! Tako da sam poslao poruku otprilike naredna 4 dana da konačno dođem do uprave kazina dingo da saznam da sam navodno igrao rulet (za koji nisam 100% garantovao), tako da je to poništilo moj dobitak koji sam ionako novo ništa! Sve što su mogli da urade je da zamene moj depozit sa kojim sam počeo!!! Uprava mi je rekla da ako previše pogledam svoju istoriju igara, ja bih za sebe, Tako da su moji dobici uzeti samo da ne bih ponovo prešao na ovo!!! U vreme kada sam napustio ćaskanje i otišao da pogledam istoriju, preostalih 141$ koje sam imao na svom nalogu je bilo na čekanju i moja istorija je bila prazna! Nisam tražio da podignem novac sa svog računa, samo su uradili zašto? Tražio sam nazad svoj depozit koji ionako nisam dobio! Ovo je prevara u mojim očima pa vas molim da mi pomognete da dobijem svoj dobitak

    Thank you and was wondering did u advise them that my game history had also been deleted so I can’t see any gaming history!!! Because when  I spoke to management they assured me that I could prove it to myself in my gaming history that I defiantly had played a game of roulette! Why has it been deleted???

I am still waiting to recieve my winnings intact when I talk to chat it takes them that long to even find me in there account listings!
