I mean, who does that?

    Anywho, I ended up making a withdrawal with my deposit. Since the 10 spins were already awarded to me and where just waiting to be activated, I went ahead and activated the 10 spins.

    I ended up completing the playthrough requirements and my balance had reached the maximum a player could withdraw off of those 10 spins, $50.

    I went ahead and made the withdrawal request but was denied because after a withdrawal, the next action must be a deposit per the casino.

    This is ****.

    The casino promotes the fact that if you deposit more than $50 during the week, a player can redeem weekend free spins.

    So, if a player makes a withdrawal based off of the deposit that made them eligible for the weekend free spins, does that mean that a player will not be eligible to make a withdrawal off of those weekend spins thaat are allegedly free based off of making a deposit during the week?

    How about when I make a clean deposit, let's say $200, and I see I'm not having much luck and decide to cut my losses and withdraw my balance at $100.

    According to the casino, that action is considered a withdrawal by definition, so a player is not eligible to cash out any subsequent no deposit bonus coupons.

    So what does the casino expect a player to do?  Instead of cutting their losses on a clean deposit, play all the funds down to $0 just to be able to redeem crappy promos that at most only award a player 40-50 spins and allow a maximum withdrawal of $50?

    How about redeeming comp points after making a withdrawal? Those comp points weren't earned for free. A player has to play on the site with real funds in order accumulate enough points to even convert those points into cash and then have their balance be enough to meet the withdrawal minimum amount of $20, at minimum?

    Would that withdrawal attempt be denied?

    Not with this Casino group. The $150 in funds lost to the casino arent eligible for a daily reward due to the withdrawal made.

    Again, the only redeeming factor about this casino is the fact that a player can get their winnings deposited instantly and the casino does pay out rather quickly. That's the only reason why I continue to frequent their sites because the casino group does pay out and it does it fast and allows a player to do so once per day.

    But as far a everything else, player benefits are few and far in between and the casino is constantly changing things on the fly as they see fit and don't send emails or any attempt to communicate the changes to a player and act like a player is expected to know any changes that come up.

    Not sure why im even going to bother with this reporting but maybe someone will get something from it but i have no expectations anymore. Unlike rest of the complaints here mine has nothing to do with attempted withdrawals or verification or no deposit bonuses. I went to claim a deposit bonus believe it was JSC-DINO but doesn't really matter. I redeemed the bonus which on different site was listed as $20 dollar minimum deposit. Once redeemed it showed $29 min. Not a big deal it happens. But when i checked the excluded game list was quite surprised because the list was incredibly long and had non progressive slots listed for example sneaky santa was on that list... So i go to live chat where "Paul" was who i was connected with. I explained my confusion and his response i still am trying to wrap my head around. He informed me to "ignore the list". Then provided me a different 1st deposit bonus insisting it was better due to the 1x playthrough. But never even really acknowledged my question past the "ignore it" comment. So then im wondering what else could be incorrectly listed. So i asked again about the list. And clearly didnt actually read the conversation or chose to defend the agent instead of ever providing any kind of actual facts or resolution. So i had no choice but to respond by saying to close my account and remove all my information and to take off mailing list based solely on principle and his condoning the agents rude and unacceptable behavior... like i said didnt come to provide feedback or complain. I expect nothing in return. Never did... But i sure as hell didnt deserve to be called a liar or the severity of situation downplayed and swept under the rug by any means. Just wanted to let other people know my experience at the site.... thanks for the time...

Dakle, u ovom trenutku sam besan... Tražio sam opcije podrške. Pronašao sam imejl za podršku za pitbosa. Objasnio sam svoje nezadovoljstvo na isti način kao i sada. I godinama sam mušterija u Yabby, Brango, Extreme, Bonus Blitz, Limitless, Pacific Spins, Betty Wins i Orbit Spins. U Pitboss-u su imali obraza da mi kažu...

    Nikada nije ni priznao da je blokiran iz ćaskanja uživo. I očigledno nije zapravo pročitao razgovor ili je odlučio da brani agenta umesto da ikada pruži bilo kakve stvarne činjenice ili rešenje. Tako da nisam imao drugog izbora nego da odgovorim rekavši da zatvorim svoj nalog i uklonim sve svoje podatke i da se skinem sa mejling liste isključivo na osnovu principa i njegovog tolerisanja grubog i neprihvatljivog ponašanja agenta... kao što sam rekao, nisam došao da dam povratne informacije ili da se požalim.
