    So Loki and Golden Star are the same company? If so that is so sick, since I deposited to both with BTC but played in euro. At Loki I was able to make a withdrawal, since it was small probably, and Golden Star confiscated my first big win in a long time. Bummer though, I really like Loki cause they had microgaming.

    I like how you are always on top of things, Melissa. It's kind of a gray area depending on interpretation on a term that was broken. I deposited in BTC, but played in euro, it might as well have been any xyz chip, cause my withdrawal would have been in BTC. Since I'm from the US, they said I can't play in euro, but I wasn't try to withdrawal "euros", just BTC. Looking back I understand their decision somewhat, they are trying to protect themselves, since bitcoins are a commodity not a fiat curency etc. So they don't get in trouble for servicing a US player. Pošto sam iz SAD, rekli su da ne mogu da igram u evrima, ali nisam pokušavao da podignem „evre“, već samo BTC. Gledajući unazad, donekle razumem njihovu odluku, pokušavaju da se zaštite, pošto su bitkoini roba, a ne fiat valuta itd. Tako da ne upadaju u nevolje zbog servisiranja američkog igrača.     A bit of poor reading comprehension on my part and not thinking that far ahead to be honest. I figured since I deposited with BTC, I was still playing with a BTC deposit, haha seems silly now that I think about it again. Thanks again,  regardless of the outcome.

    Yeah yeah I had already long forgotten this crap. Just happened to see this post after responding to another thread. Too bad I used up all the nice things I have to say replying to the Oshi rep.

    Y'all could definitely take a page from their book on how to run a casino, especially with your trash customer service reps. I can respect that english might not be their first language, but they should be trained better. Culture awareness and sensitivity in word choice go a long way, especially when the support email pertains to a serious/negative subject matter.

      extremely upset....after receiving a successful deposit email and was able to make four deposits at LOKI CASINO... then strangely after making the 4th one that was gladly accepted.....I am unable to access  the .00467408 btc i deposited.....when trying to click on the games I was sent to my profile so then i ask chat why was my money accepted  without beingable to play the games ...was told to install a virtual private Network ....did that and im still not able to play, how disgusting!

    My friend has had the exact same problem at this casino. She signed up and was able to deposit in BTC and while playing managed to bring her balance from 0.005 to 0.1 roughly. She was told to download a VPN in the beginning with chat as well. Strange thing to make someone do if you are trying to be strict about paying out your customers but not about who makes a deposit to your casino. She was under the impression that she should send her older passport to show why she was showing up on VPN where she was showing up. She did not send her passport and documentation showing her current valid address, etc. Loki casino confiscated roughly $875 in BTC winnings from her. They also will not send her back her deposit unless she deposits 0.005 more to the casino which seems absolutely ridiculous! So they can cashout a minimum of 0.01 but they confiscate 0.095 and they want to hold her deposit and make her redeposit to receive her money back as well as waste her time and energy. I have played at this casino in the past but not after hearing her story. I am angry for her. What a cop out to not pay players for wins... Just have all players verify identity before depositing... this way you aren't allowing deposits to go through and laundering money byway of using an excuse of we checked and you can't play here.. WATCH OUT THIS CASINO IS RIDICULOUS!!!

    Moj prijatelj je imao potpuno isti problem u ovom kazinu. Prijavila se i mogla je da uplati depozit u BTC i dok je igrala uspela je da podigne svoj balans sa 0,005 na 0,1 otprilike. Rečeno joj je da preuzme VPN u početku i sa ćaskanjem. Čudna stvar koju nekoga naterate da uradi ako pokušavate da budete strogi u pogledu isplate svojih klijenata, ali ne i u vezi sa tim ko uplaćuje depozit vašem kazinu. Bila je pod utiskom da treba da pošalje svoj stariji pasoš da pokaže zašto se pojavljuje na VPN-u gde se pojavljuje. Nije poslala pasoš i dokumentaciju koja pokazuje njenu trenutnu važeću adresu itd. Loki kazino joj je zaplenio oko 875 dolara u BTC dobitku. Takođe joj neće vratiti njen depozit osim ako ne uplati 0,005 više u kazino što izgleda apsolutno smešno! Tako da mogu da isplate minimalno 0,01, ali konfiskuju 0,095 i žele da zadrže njen depozit i nateraju je da ponovo uplati novac da bi primili svoj novac nazad, kao i da troše njeno vreme i energiju. Igrao sam u ovom kazinu u prošlosti, ali ne nakon što sam čuo njenu priču. Ljut sam na nju. Kakav policajac da ne plaća igračima za pobede... Samo neka svi igrači verifikuju identitet pre nego što polože... na ovaj način ne dozvoljavate da se depoziti prođu i pranje novca koristeći izgovor da smo proverili i možete' ne igrajte ovde.. PAŽITE OVAJ KAZINO JE SMEŠAN!!!

    This is my first time posting about a casino ever.. I wasn't even aware of this site so this is refreshing knowing we have someone on our side.  That was me annadawn was talking about.  I initially deposited fine and didn't think depositing using BTC would be an issue . Which it wasn't as far as depositing went.  I couldn't play at first and it kept taking me straight to the profile page so of couse I online chatted with them several times over several days and explained to them that it was taking me to the profile page and it may be because my phones ip was from the US etc... they told me that shouldn't matter. .. and I was thinking that was because I deposited using BTC.  After about the 3rd day of not being able to play they said they sent the issue to tech support and I need to use a VPN. (I have screen shots of them telling me to switch the vpn cause I felt something was off at this point).. I had no CLUE what all that was and annadawn helped me along with it..and voila.. I could play... I was stoked since it was 3 days later and multiple chat converstions later.  Then I tried to withdrawal And they ask for documents… so I sent them my passport and a Selfie note saying Hi Loki and the date.  After I sent those In I noticed the "pending withdrawl " now says "discarded withdrawl.they said its because they don't accept US players. I told them.. " you sure did accept my deposit just fine in hopes i would lose".   I chatted with them again and after making me feel like an inch tall.. I told them to just refund my deposit and close my account.  They said can't until my amount is equal or over 0.01 and i need to deposit More money to get to that amount to withdrawl ??? I've never heard of such craziness.  I ended up playing enough to get me to 0.01 and requested another withdrawl.  They discarded that also.

    Im at a loss.  I think I should be fully entitled to my $875 winnings and not made to feel like I was cheating and thieving  from them.  Please help

U početku sam deponovao novčano i nisam mislio da bi deponovanje korišćenjem BTC-a bilo problem. Što nije bilo toliko daleko od deponovanja. Nisam mogao da igram u početku i to me je stalno odvodilo pravo na stranicu profila, tako da sam na mreži ćaskao sa njima nekoliko puta tokom nekoliko dana i objasnio im da me to vodi na stranicu profila i da je to možda zato što su moji telefoni IP je bio iz SAD itd... rekli su mi da to ne bi trebalo da bude važno. .. i mislio sam da je to zato što sam deponovao koristeći BTC. Otprilike nakon trećeg dana kada nisam mogao da igram, rekli su da su poslali problem tehničkoj podršci i da moram da koristim VPN. (Imam snimke ekrana na kojima mi govore da promenim vpn jer sam osetio da je nešto isključeno u ovom trenutku).. Nisam imao pojma šta je sve to i annadavn mi je pomogla u tome..i voila.. "sigurno ste prihvatili moj depozit sasvim dobro u nadi da ću izgubiti" . Opet sam ćaskao sa njima i nakon što sam se osećao kao jedan inč visok.. Rekao sam im da samo vrate moj depozit i zatvore moj račun. Rekli su da ne mogu dok moj iznos ne bude jednak ili veći od 0,01 i moram da uložim još novca da dođem do tog iznosa za povlačenje ??? Nikada nisam čuo za takvu ludost. Na kraju sam igrao dovoljno da dođem do 0,01 i zatražio još jedno povlačenje. I to su odbacili.

    Ja sam na gubitku. Mislim da bi trebalo da imam potpuno pravo na dobitak od 875 dolara, a ne da se osećam kao da ih varam i kradem. Molim vas pomozite

    I forgot to mention that when I deposited and it wasn't letting me play and throwing me to the profile page that I did fill out my information and accidentally hit Cayman islands as my residence (i wish)  and once i saved it, I could not edit this information so I also opened a chat regarding that and told them I needed to edit my address cause I am not from the cayman islands and again,  i was told that did not matter.     You are correct because I was the one that mentioned to them during our first chat conversation that it may not be letting me play due to my IP address being from US... at this time they should of looked or ask questions on why I was able to make an account with an USA IP.  They took THREE  days to figure out how to get me to play and only THIRTY seconds to deny me a withdrawl and took 2 days to reply back on how they are a sneaky snake casino.     I was playing a slots game and won a total of 1660.

    And on April 14, 2018 I uploaded my address bill.

    9. aprila 2018. otpremio sam svoj identifikacioni dokument, snimak ekrana mog Neteller naloga i moj Neteller dokaz o depozitu.
    I 14. aprila 2018. postavio sam račun za adresu.
    Uverio sam se da sam ispunio uslove za bonus pre nego što sam zatražio isplatu.
    Isplata koju sam tražio bila je 1660 Neteller-u 18. maja 2018.
    Odbili su moju isplatu 20. aprila 2018.
    Tražili su selfi sa mojim identifikacionim dokumentom i ja sam ga postavio 30. aprila 2018. Oni su ga odbili i ja sam napravio novu fotografiju i poslao im je.
    I dalje traže da im pošaljem fotografiju svog selfija sa ličnim dokumentom. Pa sam poslao. njima novu fotografiju.
    Zatim sam 16. juna 2018. bio šokiran kada sam otkrio da mi je nalog onemogućen.
    Tražili su da pošaljem selfi sa ličnom kartom i napomenom "Zdravo, Loki kazino, trenutni datum" u ruci. Poslao sam i to.
    I dalje traže taj selfi koji sam im već poslao mnogo puta.
    Razgovarao sam sa četovanjem uživo i rekao mi: naš nalog je onemogućen jer ste zloupotrebili pravila politike bonusa.
    Poslao sam im e-poštu 13. jula 2018. rekavši im da nisam zloupotrebio nijedno pravilo njihove politike bonusa.
    Od tada čekam njihov odgovor, ali 28. jul 2018. nisu odgovorili.

    I followed their withdrawal verification procedure and uploaded the required documents.

    I noticed that they approved some of my documents while some are pending for a long time with no explanation form them.

    I played on this site last April and won a total of 810! My initial deposit is 200 euros. It is not too big of a win, they could have paid me immediately but they didn't!

    I was doing follow up on this. I tried to email them and doing live chat but did not get clear answer from them.

    They even asked me to take a selfie holding a note showing "Hi Goldenstar Casino 07.05.2018" so I sent them that. I also uploaded different kinds of ID. Not long after I sent that, I found out that my account is disabled.

    This is very frustrating because I have taken time to give then what they asked and this is what they do to me.

    Pratio sam njihovu proceduru verifikacije povlačenja i učitao potrebna dokumenta.

    Primetio sam da su mi odobrili neke dokumente dok su neki na čekanju već duže vreme bez ikakvog objašnjenja.

    Igrao sam na ovom sajtu prošlog aprila i osvojio ukupno 810! Moj početni depozit je 200 evra. Nije prevelika pobeda, mogli su odmah da mi plate, ali nisu!

    Pratio sam ovo. Pokušao sam da im pošaljem e-poštu i razgovaram uživo, ali nisam dobio jasan odgovor od njih.

    Čak su me zamolili da napravim selfi držeći belešku na kojoj se vidi "Zdravo Goldenstar kazino 07.05.2018" pa sam im to poslao. Takođe sam postavio različite vrste ličnih dokumenata. Nedugo nakon što sam to poslao, saznao sam da mi je nalog onemogućen.

    Ovo je veoma frustrirajuće jer sam odvojio vreme da dam ono što su tražili i to je ono što mi rade.

    There are two accounts with the same IP address which, as you know, is not allowed.
