    I have been a member at Nitrobetting for over 10 years. I am a diamond player. They are refusing to pay me my balance of over $30,000 and asking me to take a "Special payment plan" which is $4k one time per week.

    Coming here as they no longer respond to emails, blocked me from chat, blocked me from telegram. Russell continues to gaslight me, speak down to me, insult me, and treat me like absolute crap. They do not respond to any emails and make threats to take it or leave it.

    They admit they do not have proper licensing for payouts. They don't have the funds to pay players. And admit to not honoring their TOS.

    I am begging for help as they need to update their terms and others need to be warned. Attached are two screenshots.

    Thanks for the response. Feel free to PM me for my user name. I never denied any proposals. The only proposal that was offered was 40mbtc once per week. That would take nearly 3 months to get my money. As per the cash flow, I am depositing thousands and they are accepting it within seconds, but when it comes to payouts it is a nightmare.

    I am a diamond member and I am supposed to get expedited payouts. They even charge for this service. I was told 54mbtc or under does not need special manager approval. I was told I could request this 2x a day, 4x a week, and 8x a month. Now it is 40mbtc one time per week take it or leave it. However nowhere on the website warns players of this. 

    I was told the larger payouts could not be processed because at first they did not have the proper processing manager on shift to make the payout. Then it became they do not have the proper licensing to payout that amount. Now it has become there is a large queue and they need to payout accordingly. Mind you diamond members are supposed to be in a different queue, additionally it is advertised a 2-3 hour payout.

    I just want my funds without having to beg for them. 40 mbtc one time per week, take it or leave it, is not a payment plan. That is false advertising and forcing a player to swallow his pride. The goal I know is for me to play and lose my balance while being throttled on getting money out.

    I have made no false accusations and will gladly share any communications as needed. I have roughly 199 mbtc in my balance and I am simply trying to get that out this week without having to wait 2-3 months. That is all. I greatly appreciate the help here as it has caused too many restless nights.

    Hi Jovana - the problem is they said at first it's because the payment processing manager was out, then it was because of licensing, now it's not even possible.

    for the record I never declined anything. But I am not going to accept 40'mbtc once per week when I was told diamond players can get 54 mbtc without manager approval. this is 2x per day, 4x per week, 8x per month.

    I have been a loyal member for over 10 years. I just want my money. I hate having to beg for it. I just want them to honor their TOS or be transparent with where they stand on payouts on the website so others know what's happening before running into this situation. Hundreds of others are complaining on other forums and it's just not right.

    to have Russell gaslight me, speak down to me, blackball me, and say take it or leave it is not ok. To say they won't respond to any emails on the matter anymore then ignore my emails is not ok.

    These are the responses I got this morning. To tell a player your payout will be "processed eventually" is completely unprofessional, unethical, and not ok. How is this accepeted? Additionally to say they will not engage further and pretty much to tell me to shutup is a slap in the face. After providing over 10 years of loyalty here this is not ok. The TOS listed on the website have been violated and they continue to conduct in false advertising.

    Simply put you do not talk to VIP players like this, yet alone any player. If you are having payout issues that don't align with the advertised timelines you need to be transparent to all players. These posts are an attempt to not only get my funds out after exhausting all options but to provide transparency to others before they fall into the same issue. It is mentally exhausting and draining.

    So you condone them not honoring their TOS? Waiting over 2 weeks for my funds is acceptable here? Others beware if you want your money from this sportsbook they take months to pay you out in full. They pay off websites to put false reviews and ratings up. Do not touch this sportsbook with a 10 foot pole as you will never get your money without begging and pleading for it over months.

    Staff please reach out to them as they ignore DMs here and Russell always silences me on email saying "this will be his last response" for the day.

    Just updating everyone. They ignored my emails all day, told me they wont respond to me and I will get paid eventually. Its been over 3 weeks where they have owed me money and try to make a payment plan at their own pace.

    In 10+ years of capping I have never had a sportsbook ask to negoiate a payment plan. Then choose to ignore you if you complain or ask why they can't honor their TOS.

    No I have not received ANY payments this week. You mention their "standard procedures" can you tell me how to is documented in their TOS? They are charging players for diamond VIP service to expedite payouts as well.

    If you want to be insulted, spoken down to, and insulted by Russell (their GM) this is the book for you. I have never seen somebody in the wrong be so stubborn, rude, and insulting.     Patience? It has been over 3 weeks. They are not responding to any emails and continue to drag the matter on. Do you work for them? Because they are in clear violation of their TOS but here you are making threats of spamming to me vs having them pay the money they owe.
