I received bonus offer, I made deposit, played only slot game within allowed limits, met wager requirements and then I made withdrawal of 3100€.
After few days I checked my account and found out that it was disabled. I did not receive any notice about this. I went to live chat, they did not provide me any detailed informations they only copied this from their terms and said my account is disabled due to following reasons :
• participating in any type of collusion with other players
• development of strategies aimed at gaining of unfair winnings
• fraudulent actions against other online casinos or payment providers
• charge back transactions with a credit card or denial of some payments made
• creating two or more accounts
• other types of cheating
Six different accusations, all false. When somebody accuse you of something like this I would like to know where did they get such idea. I sent email as well, I got reply with the same copy/paste accusations. Nothing explained, nothing in detail. It seemed like an automated message without any name signed at the end (Play Casino Support Team! signature).
I made withdrawal and it looks that someone would not like to pay this amount instead I was accused with 6 different charges, all false. In my defense I am here to prove you wrong and I would like to have decent conversation with you about this, because I believe someone at play.casino made mistake. - Making deposits with only bonus promotions without free cash deposits - Not a fair rule. If you so fear bonus abuse then don't offer bonuses .
- which player is going to monitor deposit/bonus ration ? No one is going to do this.
