Turns out he was registered to the room and she was not. However, because no one saw who hit whom, the cops decided he started the fight (being the man) and due to hotel policy fighting would mean removal from the room without refund. Management decided giving her the room would give her a chance to settle down (and recover just in case she were injured--better than getting sued being on the property.)
Ispostavilo se da je on bio prijavljen u sobu, a ona nije. Međutim, pošto niko nije video ko je koga udario, policajci su odlučili da je on započeo tuču (što je muškarac) i zbog svađe sa hotelskom politikom bi značilo uklanjanje iz sobe bez povraćaja novca. Uprava je odlučila da joj daju sobu daju šansu da se skrasi (i oporavi samo u slučaju da je povređena - bolje nego da bude tužena na imanju.)

That's why it is always a good idea to not only lock the room upon entrance, but throw the deadbolt. Cops can be very incorrect at times, in this case, management was nuts (As it sounds like the female was too!)

What i don't understand is why would this woman go through all this? Was a room that important to her and it seems as it turns out she was only allowed to stay their for awhile.
Maybe he was gonna hook up with his mistress and his wife set it this up to ruin his hot date.

From what I could remember Lips it was 3am and the man in question came in as if he hadn't unpacked yet. No one else was with him.
As for the woman's motives I still don't know.Koliko sam mogao da se setim, Lips je bilo 3 sata ujutru i dotični čovek je ušao kao da se još nije raspakovao. Niko drugi nije bio sa njim.
