ETIČKA PITANJA?

Two ethical questions:

Question 1: If you knew a woman who was pregnant, who had eight children already, three who were deaf, two who were blind, one mentally retarded, and she had syphilis, would you recommend that she have an abortion?

Question 2: It is time to elect the world leader, and yours is the deciding vote. Here are the facts about the three leading candidates:

    * Candidate A: He associates with crooked politicians, and consults with astrologers. He's had two mistresses. He also chain smokes and drinks up to ten Martinis a day.
    * Candidate B: He was ejected from office twice, sleeps until noon, used opium in college and drinks a large amounts of whisky every evening.
    * Candidate C: He is a decorated war hero. He's a vegetarian, doesn't smoke, drinks an occasional beer and hasn't had any extra-marital affairs.

Which Candidate would be your choice?

1. No.  It's none of my business.
2. It would depend on how well they handle their liquor and what their platforms are. 

1. No because the life is a human right
2. I vote for the (B) im like this man

Tell a pregnant woman to have an abortion - no way.  A life is a life.  

I think I would have to pick Candidate B.  

Candidate A is involved with crooked politicians and Candidate C sounds like a right P.I.T.A!  Candidate C would probably make us all non drinking, non smoking, vegies where extra marital affairs are punishable by 15 years hard graft in the army.

well, i would NEVER approve an abortion to me it is murder and My first question is what period of time did this all accur years ago people had a lot of kids and a lot of problems same with the candidates i know years ago we did not know a lot of personal things about our leaders so i would want more info if it is available otherwise i will not make a blind vote this must be a trick question or something

do you know the period of time years ago everyone smoked and drank it was excepted I want more info on the candiates and abortion NEVER no matter what God has a plan for every life and it is not ours to take it

I think number 1 is Beethoven.  And number 2 is probably a politians that everyone likes.  So, it is not an ethical question, but a trick one

Would not recommend abortion, but would suggest taking care of the STD before baby is born

Yes Dr.......I have seen this before although I can't recall the names of these people or what they really did......wow it must have been about 10 years since I was the politician question!!

I have to chose B...can't even imagine if we have previous war hero...as a world leader...

Yes, C would be the choice for most people, the obvious choice, but not for me - I think some may agree - I don't trust anyone who is that "perfect".

B on Nr.2. I think C would be out of touch with everyday people and probably make us all be vegetarians over time 

The first time I read this  i chose A because sometimes I look for the answers in the stars...that is all I'll say ::)

As for the first question...generally I'm against abortion! But I think everyone should make their personal decision! Life is life - of course! But we should talk not only about baby's life....Can you imagine the life of that woman??? So if one day I meet this woman, if there is a situation like this in her life and she asks me my opinion, I'll say YES! 
As for the second one...The options don't give any mental pabulum, any agony of choice...it's so evident...In A and B there's no positive information! In C visa-versa! It's just impossible in real life! So someone wants to make us choose C!!! lol lucky8s, who do you work on!?!

2.) Depends on how much it would be in the public eye. A President is also a public figure and needs to set an example.

That part of talented and musical history would have been omitted..
He was a man of genius, he was gifted
Abortion, i beleive except in very extreme circumstances

Yep....I am for a woman's right to chose, but Lips' ethical exercise makes us all wonder how many Beethovens, Mother Teresas, etc, we have aborted.  Good point!
