    Bez sumnje je Prism kazino najgori, sada imajte na umu da sam igrao sa pravim novcem i bez bonusa kada sam ga konačno dobio za 3500, bilo je nepotrebno reći eksstatičan,, kontaktirao sam korisničku podršku da vidim šta treba da uradim (Jensen ) je rekao faks/skeniranje svih dokumenata našoj računovodstvenoj službi. što sam uradio nekoliko puta, svaki put dobijao drugačiji odgovor, na mrak, na svetlo, ne mogu da pročitam broj vašeg kreditnog automobila, nečitljiv potpis, bilo šta što su mogli da mi dobaci, konačno sam dobio poruku da su svi dokumenti uredni, misleći da sam da uzmem svoj novac, čekao sam još nekoliko dana da ih ponovo kontaktiram, sada sam rekao da nisam igrao da još uvek imam 12000 koje moram da stignem pre isplate. Objasnio sam da ne koristim bonus kod,,pa gospodine ličnost (Dave ) ostavio me u ćaskanju najmanje 20 minuta,,on se onda vratio i rekao da mora negde biti greška proverite sutra,,evo idemo ponovo,,posle još nekoliko telefonskih poziva, e-pošte i ćaskanja mi je rečeno da pošaljite e-mail menadžeru u Prism-u sa objašnjenjem šta se dešavalo što sam uradio, a sledećeg dana je rečeno da je povlačenje menadžera odobreno,,daaaaaa konačno dobijam svoj novac,,,daaaaa tačno,,nakon što nisam dobio sredstva ili e-poruke za praćenje. Još jednom sam kontaktirao divan tim za podršku prilagođen korisnicima da mi kažu da ništa ne dobijam jer sam igrao ilegalne igre,,ne bilo koje, već 46000 ruka blackjacka na bonus samo za slot,,rekao sam im da je pogrešno i posle nekoliko minuta prepucavanja napred-nazad rekao sam mu da kontaktiram pse čuvare kazina,, rekao je kontaktiraj koga god želiš da ništa ne dobiješ, isključio me je i zaključao moj nalog,,,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,,JONDA KAŽEM NIKAD NE IDETE NIKAD BLIZU PRISM KASINA ONI SU LOPOVI,OLOŠ,DRUŠE,KAKO HOĆETE DA IH ZOVETE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !
