I don't have any strange neighbors at the moment. I did have an interesting couple back in Chicago that lived on the same floor as me. I'd say they were in their early sixties and very eccentric to say the least. They often watched porn on their big screen TV that faced my balcony. I would giggle to myself in the elevator if they were in there with me.

Your neighbours sound very spooky Lips and my imagination was running riot when I read your post.  You stay safe.

As you may recall, I have noisy neighbours.  The noise hasn't diminished in any way at all - in fact, I think it's worse.

My neighbors are more trashy than strange. I always find trash thrown around my property. This past summer we've had 2 tires, a small tv, a long fluorescent tube light bulb, 3 mismatched womens shoes, a bag of rotten maggot infested meat, and well, you get the idea.

Can I call timeout here please!!!!  I am considered the strange person on my street.  Ok, it didnt help for years I did stuff to piss my neighbors off.  It didnt help in the 1st 6 years the ambulance was always hauling at the time my wife's azz out of here because of her prescription drug overdoses and before the judge kicked her azz out of the house during the divorce I came home from work and found 5 police cars, 1 ambulance, 1 fire truck and 1 heavy rescue vehicle on my street.  I had to park down the street and was excited there was action on the street that didnt involve me and my house.  Well, I got up the street and here there were uniform men all over the place in my front yard.  I approached my house and an officer stopped me on the sidewalk and asked who I was.  I said I live here.  I was told I couldnt enter.  All excited I asked if she finally killed herself.  The cop got pissed and said please leave she has barricaded herself in the bedroom.  I told the cop give me 2 minutes I can either get her out of the bedroom or I can get her to kill herself then they could leave.  I got reamed a new butthole by the cop, something about not making the situation any better.  I said look I am tired from working.  I got ordered to leave for 2 hours.  I asked if Blackie, Gunny and Spudzy were ok then left.  2 hours later I came home and in 2 hours and 3 minutes I called the police.  I found a 22 handgun manual and bullet casings in her bedroom.  Thanks to that 1 week later her butt was in court and the judge kicked her out of the house.  Oh, she was taken to the psycho ward that special day with half the city officials in my yard.  For years after my divorce and living alone with my dogs my neighbor on 1 side kept spreading nasty untrue things about me and the neighbor on the other side was just plain nasty to me so I did stuff to piss them off.  My neighbor who was nasty to me is 79 now and for the last 3 years we have been best of friends.  All my neighbors thought I was some sort of dumbass not realizing I had a college degree and I was a corporate controller who also got stuck running companies for lazy owners.  I just decided to act strange to play along with them and running females in and out of here just to add fuel to the fire.  After I got my final divorce papers I was such a slut then in 2001 when I got the internet I became a cyber slut.  I cant believe somewhere along the line some female's husband didnt shoot me.  I specialized in married 32 to 42 ladies.  Just send them back home to the husbands and out of my hair.  In 2003 when Robin moved here and in with me I gave up being a slut then got old.

Now that's an interesting neighborhood! I'm afraid I don't have such exciting neighbors, they are mainly old people that go about their business, they always smile when I meet them and chit-chat for a few secs.

I lived in a cul de sac that was a dead end.  So to get out you had to go to the end of it and either turn left or right on the street.  Turning left 1/2 block was a house that was torn down in a day.  I had gone by that house for years.  All the houses were older on that street and all kinda the same.

I asked my neighbor if she knew how and why that house was torn down so fast.  She told me that a woman lived there with about 100 cats and it was condemned.  I can't imagine that! 

They built a new house on that lot and it sticks out like a sore thumb with all the older homes on both sides of the street!
