The Holidays are gone……no more hustle bustle. No more parties……..no more magic in the air. We take down are trees and decorations and pack them til next Christmas. All we are left with is the cold months of January and February.
I always seem to crash after the holidays. The after holiday blues……..got to try to shake em this year! After all before we know it, our flowers will be growing and the birdies will be tweetin!
I think I just put another quarter in the juke box………Don’t worry be happy!!!!!

Praznici su prošli……nema više gužve. Nema više žurki……..nema više magije u vazduhu. Skidamo jelke i ukrase i pakujemo ih do sledećeg Božića. Ostali su nam samo hladni januar i februar.
Čini mi se da uvek padnem posle praznika. Bluz posle praznika……..moram da pokušam da ih uzdrmam ove godine! Na kraju krajeva, pre nego što to shvatimo, naše cveće će rasti i ptičice će cvrkutati!
Mislim da sam upravo stavio još jednu četvrtinu u džuboks………Ne brini budi srećan!!!!!

Lips.. Yes i always feel exhausted and blue.. wishing we could go back to the day before Christmas, or New years Eve and do it again and again!
To leave the Christmas Tree and ornaments, the lights around the roof rim of the house, the decorations and candles, the cards and the wrapping paper.. just leave it there.. keeping the spirit and cheer of Christmas..
That last cookie on the plate...
But you know what, by the time we are rested up and feeling all right.. got it all put away guess what?...

Usne.. Da, uvek se osećam iscrpljeno i plavo.. želeći da se vratimo na dan pre Božića ili Nove godine i da to radimo iznova i iznova!
Da ostavite jelku i ukrase, svetla oko krova kuće, ukrase i sveće, karte i papir za umotavanje.. samo ostavite tamo.. zadržite duh i veselje Božića..
Taj poslednji kolačić na tanjiru...
Ali znate šta, dok se mi odmorimo i osećamo dobro.. da li ste sve sklonili, pogodite šta?...

There is so much excitment in the air before the Holidays. Never enough hours in the day to get everything done, and your always moving at an accelerated pace during this time.
Then the end of it comes, and suddenly I am forced to slow down. No need now to run everywhere in a single day. All these things that had to be done are no longer on the agenda. I find myself struggling to adjust to that. Slowing down suddenly becomes a difficult thing to do. Once I finally get there I am better.
Yet then I look around at the cold outisde, the calender, and realize I have all this time now to fill before the wonderful sounds and signs of Spring come to stay. That is the hardest for me, filling that time. I do however have LCB, and Gambling, and a great love for both.
PMMToliko je uzbuđenja u vazduhu pred praznike. Nikada dovoljno sati u danu da sve završite i uvek se krećete ubrzanim tempom za to vreme.
Onda dođe kraj, i odjednom sam primoran da usporim. Nema potrebe da trčite svuda u jednom danu. Sve ove stvari koje su morale da se urade više nisu na dnevnom redu. Borim se da se prilagodim tome. Usporavanje odjednom postaje teška stvar. Kada konačno stignem tamo, bolje mi je.
Ipak, onda pogledam okolo u hladnu spoljašnjost, kalendar, i shvatim da imam svo ovo vreme da ispunim pre nego što prestanu divni zvuci i znaci proleća. To mi je najteže, ispuniti to vreme. Međutim, imam LCB i kockanje, i veliku ljubav prema oba.
