I hope I'm in the right space to be writing this so here goes.
I have been getting a total runaround trying to retrieve my winnings from both sunrise slots and lucky legends. I have won a total of $200 between the 2 of them. I asked for a wire transfer to get my winnings on both sites and it's literally taken 2 weeks before the even accepted my documents to be reviewed. Now every time I ask about where we are at with getting the money I won, it's always something new. Noe they are telling me that I need a positive balance of at least assist 20$ in my account for them to send me a wire transfer. I've never heard of this before. Does this sound right or am I losing my mind?
