Just wanted to leave a message for player's questioning pacific spins. I had been playing mostly on the free spins I was receiving in my email, had never made a deposit, for several weeks (prob about two months). Didn't think I was ever gonna actually make any of the play through to attempt any cash out, but I got surprised beginning of december. I met play through and decided to go ahead and try to verify and hopefully withdrawal. Contacted support and asked what I needed to do. I was given an email address and told to submit my license front and back along with my selfie. I did. Two day later I'm looking for some kind of response or confirmation email even saying they got it. Nothing. I sent another email along with the photos again. Nothing. I looked here to see if I could get a lead and noticed other ppl had stated to email to documents@pacificspins.com. instead of banking(at)pacificspins.com like support told me on Dec 12. So on. Dec 15th I emailed documents(at)pacificspins.com again with my photos and finally received a reply within 10 min. I was told my photos weren't good enough and to redo them. I ended up having to send new photos 4 different times for one reason or another before I was finally verified on Dec 19th. Finally I could make my first deposit(verification deposit)!!! Also praying my multiple free spins wouldnt prohibit my withdraw. Deposit was made on Dec 22 and email followed stating my deposit had been received however my balance needed to be below 1 dollar for the transaction to post to my account. I requested my wwithdraw. Then I got an email saying my deposit had been processed???? (My withdrawal had not!!!!) Panicked I contacted support who told me it wouldbe processed as soon as banking could. I didn't want to play a penny of my deposit until the withdraw was processed or I was told I had to play thru the deposit, because some casinos make you play once thru the verification deposit before withdrawal. Finally got email within the hour stating my withdraw had been processed.
So overall I did receive my withdraw within an hour of me making my verification deposit, but it took 3 days to figure out where to send the documents because I was misinformed by support on day 1. And then it took another 4 days and 6 sets of photos: license (front and back) and selfie holding license. I was never asked to verify my address with a utility bill or whatever. I couldn't make verification deposit for another few days, but soon as I did I had my withdraw within the hour.
Besides the long verification process I like this casino. Ive been getting emails with free spins at least twice a week. Hopefully they wont stop the freebies while depositing like brango and extreme did last year.!!!!

Dobio sam imejl adresu i rečeno mi je da predam svoju dozvolu napred i nazad zajedno sa svojim selfijem. Uradio sam. Dva dana kasnije tražim neku vrstu odgovora ili e-poruke sa potvrdom čak i da su dobili. Ništa. Ponovo sam poslao još jedan e-mail zajedno sa fotografijama. Ništa. Pogledao sam ovde da vidim da li mogu da dobijem trag i primetio sam da su drugi zaposleni poslali e-poštu na document@pacificspins.com. umesto banking(at)pacificspins.com kao što mi je podrška rekla 12. decembra. Tako dalje. 15. decembra sam ponovo poslao e-poštu na dokumente (at) pacificspins.com sa svojim fotografijama i konačno sam dobio odgovor u roku od 10 minuta. Rečeno mi je da moje fotografije nisu dovoljno dobre i da ih ponovim. Na kraju sam morao da šaljem nove fotografije 4 različita puta iz ovog ili onog razloga pre nego što sam konačno verifikovan 19. decembra. Konačno sam mogao da napravim svoj prvi depozit (verifikacioni depozit)!!! Takođe se molim da moji višestruki besplatni okreti ne bi zabranili moje povlačenje. Depozit je napravljen 22. decembra i usledila je e-poruka u kojoj se navodi da je moj depozit primljen, ali moj saldo mora da bude ispod 1 dolara da bi transakcija bila poslata na moj nalog. Zatražio sam svoje povlačenje. Onda sam dobio e-poštu da je moj depozit obrađen???? (Moje povlačenje nije bilo!!!!) U panici sam kontaktirao podršku koja mi je rekla da će to biti obrađeno čim bankarstvo bude moglo. Nisam želeo da igram ni peni od svog depozita dok se povlačenje ne obradi ili mi je rečeno da moram da igram preko depozita, jer neka kazina te teraju da igraš jednom kroz verifikacioni depozit pre povlačenja. Konačno sam u roku od sat vremena dobio e-poštu u kojoj se navodi da je moje povlačenje obrađeno.
Sve u svemu, primio sam svoje povlačenje u roku od sat vremena nakon što sam uplatio verifikacioni depozit, ali mi je trebalo 3 dana da shvatim gde da pošaljem dokumente jer sam bio pogrešno obavešten od podrške prvog dana. A onda je trebalo još 4 dana i 6 kompleta fotografija: dozvola (prednja i zadnja) i dozvola za držanje selfija. Od mene nikada nije traženo da potvrdim svoju adresu računom za komunalije ili bilo šta drugo. Nisam mogao da izvršim verifikacioni depozit još nekoliko dana, ali čim sam to učinio, povukao sam se u roku od sat vremena.
Pored dugog procesa verifikacije, sviđa mi se ovaj kazino. Dobijao sam mejlove sa besplatnim okretima najmanje dva puta nedeljno. Nadamo se da neće zaustaviti besplatne dok su deponovali kao što su to uradili Brango i Ektreme prošle godine.!!!!
