    Please note that the deposit is still in the account. When I received the free spins and I completed my turnover at level 2, I requested a withdrawal. My deposit was $13.7 and I only withdrew $10. If you see the screenshot, my last withdrawal I was at Traveler
    Explorer 3-6 which is above their minimum level. But they never approved it even once. They can check at any time what level I am a player and I understand the casino level system quite well. If you say that I am too low level, it is definitely not.
