    could someone with eternal slots please look at this for me.

     

    I played the new game and had a spin that according to the rules for the game it should have triggered free spin feature and it didn't trigger anything. 
    I also was denied a withdraw request a while back and was told I was one over the limit for my withdraw. 
    I had only used the loyalty rewards and my monthly spins ! I had deposited several times and maybe have only withdrawn one time! And I got denied my withdraw?

    Eternal slots has not only restricted my account even though I have never gotten a withdraw from bonus's that were in excess of their "bonus standards" 

    10 bonus codes are allowed between deposits and now I am not able to redeem those 10. That's not even the most messed up part... when I signed up I was GUARENTEED SPINS FOR LIFE" and now that guarantee is not being honored. Even though I just deposited yesterday, they said I have to deposit again to use the 30 daily spins?!?! I have deposited almost 2000 and not withdrawn even close to that amount. Less than 800... and now I'm restricted and the free spins daily guaranteed is apparently not a guarantee!!! SO MESSED UP. 
    it's not like I've gotten even close to exceeding the bonuses allowed for their site... I deposited yesterday and lost. Then I used a code they sent me via email that required a deposit that day. Then I used the weekend spins for players who deposited 20 during the week and then cash back on my deposit.... lost on all of those.... the cashback was only 1.28 and the cashback isn't even considered a freebie as it was directly related to my deposit otherwise I'd have to deposit again to get my cashback from my deposit! So that's obviously not going to be the case so counting cashback as a freebie can't be done! 

    they've also not added any of my comp points from my deposit!!!

    You are correct! I am sorry for taking up your time one this matter. However I would like to open yet another complaint with eternal slots... again... I should have known better than to keep depositing here but the guarantee given by them to entice people to join their casino is now being taken back from me?  I just deposited yesterday and they want me to deposit again before they allow me to use rhe n guaranteed spins for life.... that's the same as if I were to do a charge back on my deposits. I mean, if we can just do and say what we want without any care to a guarantee already given then we might as well just start throwing out own poo and each other!! Just saying I would like my promised spins. I done my part and I expected them to do the same.  One thing to take away any no deposit codes between deposits but to take away something already promised after they got what they wanted is BS

    U pravu si! Žao mi je što sam vam oduzimao vreme u vezi sa ovim. Međutim, želeo bih da otvorim još jednu zamerku sa večitim slotovima... opet... Trebalo je da znam bolje nego da nastavim da polažem ovde, ali mi je sada vraćena garancija koju su dali da navedu ljude da se pridruže njihovom kazinu? Upravo sam juče položio depozit i žele da ponovo uplatim novac pre nego što mi dozvole da koristim zagarantovane obrtaje doživotno.... to je isto kao da moram da vratim svoje depozite. Mislim, ako možemo samo da radimo i kažemo šta želimo bez ikakve brige o već datoj garanciji, onda bismo mogli da počnemo da izbacujemo sopstvenu izmet i jedni druge!! Samo kažem da bih želeo svoje obećane okrete. Uradio sam svoj deo posla i očekivao sam da će i oni učiniti isto.     Okay so now they send me an email, the FIRST one I've gotten since my account restriction 2 months ago. It specifically states No Deposit Required. 
    side note, I have noticed they don't send out junk mail in bulk. No, when they send one out,  it's sent to that person or a group of specific people.  So when I was sent an email for the first time since restriction 2 months or so ago, I was glad to see they came to their senses and I go to their site to redeem the code... I'm told to make a deposit... The email said I didn't need to make a deposit. So either their chat group or their marketing group is wrong. Btw, same at Mr O, account restricted I don't know why I still bother since both have made a nice amount of money from me yet both restricted my account.. anyway, Mr o was hesitant to redeem because my last transaction was a withdraw from a free promo. Yet they still  honored the email. . Now with eternal, I've made more than 5 deposits this month and haven't withdrawn from any of those deposits. All straight deposits also btw. And they are finally sending me an email for a freebie for the first time since this "restriction" and now  chat refuses to honor it?!?' Cmon. 
    what is this restriction crap anyway? I am seriously being treated differently because they let me redeem codes! I konačno mi šalju e-mail za besplatno po prvi put od ovog "ograničenja", a sada chat odbija da ga poštuje?!?' Cmon.
    kakvo je to sranje o ograničenju? Ozbiljno me tretiraju drugačije jer su mi dozvolili da iskoristim kodove!
