Indeed, sorry for the lag. I was sick for a bit and still have more vacation days left this year than I can possible take so been forced into some off time. Nonetheless I am here (on a vacation day no less) and have reviewed your account and I see that payment was sent to our 3rd party on your behalf on the 25th of Novemeber lisatamar. I have also spoken directly with the head of Posh payouts department and they informed that the 3rd party has been having delays due to the holiday. But they assured me that payment was forthcoming soon. Apologies for the delay, the 3rd party payment system is not ideal but when using bank wire transfer it is necessary for our player's safety.

Zaista, izvinite zbog kašnjenja. Malo sam bio bolestan i još uvek imam više dana odmora ove godine nego što mogu da uzmem, pa sam bio primoran na slobodno vreme. Bez obzira na to, ja sam ovde (ni manje na dan odmora) i pregledao sam vaš nalog i vidim da je uplata poslata našoj trećoj strani u vaše ime 25. novembra lisatamar . Takođe sam razgovarao direktno sa šefom Posh odeljenja za isplate i oni su obavestili da treća strana ima kašnjenja zbog praznika. Ali uveravali su me da uskoro dolazi do isplate. Izvinjavamo se na kašnjenju, sistem plaćanja treće strane nije idealan, ali kada koristite bankovni transfer neophodan je za bezbednost našeg igrača.
