Im having problems with verifying my account with Bruno casino. I used crypto to deposit and they are asking for a screenshot of my 'crypto wallet profile details'. Ive explained several times that crypto wallets don’t have profile details. When a crypto wallet is set up there are no personal details entered. I sent them a PDF showing my deposit. They haven’t responded regarding this, they have just asked me again and again to upload a screenshot of my crypto wallet profile details.
I spoke to live chat and asked them if they can help or explain to the support team that crypto wallets don’t have a profile page, I told them what they are asking for is impossible for me to provide so they are putting me in a very difficult position. Even they didn’t seem to understand and asked me for the page of my wallet that shows my email address or something that proves my wallet belongs to me. Finally they understood that there are no profile details attached to the wallet so they asked for a screenshot of the wallet which I sent. This hasn’t been accepted either & I am back to square one being asked for the profile details of my crypto wallet.
They aren’t listening to me when I say the crypto wallet doesn’t have profile details so im hoping they will listen to you. Please can you help me as im at my wits end now.
