Two days ago, January 9th, I submitted my documents for account verification so I could claim my rewards at Sportzino. Its been 48 hours and I have received two customer support emails to my inquiries about why my account still isn't verified. The only response I've gotten is that it will take 3 to 7 business days to VERIFY my documents and my account before I can even request my redemption. Ive cashed out at plenty of online casinos and have never had anything like this happen. There's no way they have time to respond to my emails promptly, yet they can't promptly verify my account.

Jedini odgovor koji sam dobio je da će mi trebati 3 do 7 radnih dana da VERIFIKACIJA mojih dokumenata i naloga pre nego što uopšte mogu da zatražim svoj otkup. Isplatio sam novac u dosta onlajn kazina i nikada mi se ovako nešto nije dogodilo. Nema šanse da imaju vremena da odmah odgovore na moje imejlove, ali ne mogu odmah da verifikuju moj nalog.
