It appears that you don't over see sunrise slots, but truly i would greatly appreciate assistance.
On November 2nd I was the first place winner of a tournament that was awarded $10,000 except upon withdrawal sunriseslots removed the funds from my account. I contacted them on November 3rd and their response was that you can't have multiple buyins for a tournament except they offer 999 buyins for a tournament, mind you I only made 1 additional buyins and paid $50.00.
Also I should add that in lieu of them taking $10,000 they credited my account with $71 ($50 of that was made to purchase a buyin) the remaining $21 was used on playing slots which i lost to the game, so why they would give me money doesn't make sense.
In my opinion if they don't allow you to make multiple buyins that's false advertising and/or fraud.
I would greatly appreciate your time and assistance with looking into them taking $10,000 from me.
Also they offer a link on their website of https://www.centraldisputesystem.com/form.asp?casinoID=1196, which i attempted to complete except the form will not submit. I then go to https://www.centraldisputesystem.com/form and low and behold SUNRISESLOTS.COM is NOT an option for submission.
I have screen shots showing proof if needed.
