I am filing a complaint against Ybets Casino for unreasonable delays in processing my withdrawal of $1,821 USD.

This amount is part of a win of $2,896.72 on December 15th while playing Jack and the Beanstalk by NetEnt. While I did play and lose a portion of the winnings, the remaining balance should be paid out without issue. Initially, Ybets support confirmed my withdrawals were in the processing queue. However, shortly after, the withdrawals were canceled and the funds were returned to my account. The explanation provided was: "Withdrawal isn’t possible. Your previous bets are being reviewed by the game or sport provider to ensure fair play. You can withdraw again once the review is completed."

This is contradictory and concerning. If the funds are under review, why were they returned to my account and made available to play? Despite being "blocked" from withdrawing, my balance was freely accessible to wager. I have contacted support multiple times, but the responses have been vague and repetitive, asking for "more time" while failing to provide updates, proof of this review, or any communication with NetEnt regarding my win.

To make matters worse, my balance has mysteriously decreased from $1,821 USD to $1,803 USD, despite the fact that I haven’t played or touched my account since December 15th. This behavior, combined with the numerous complaints I’ve read online about Ybets employing similar tactics, raises serious red flags. Their stalling techniques, lack of transparency, and inconsistent communication are deeply frustrating and unprofessional.

For context, my account is fully verified, and I’ve successfully withdrawn smaller amounts in the past, though there were occasional delays and one instance of a withdrawal being delayed for 5–6 days due to "technical problems." Ybets’ failure to process this withdrawal in a timely and transparent manner is unacceptable.

It has now been 20 days since my win, and I am still unable to withdraw. I kindly request LCB’s assistance in mediating this issue and ensuring that my withdrawal of $1,821 USD is processed without further delay.

For reference I am adding the withdrawals that was cancelled when this so called review was started. Note they are in EUR , and 950 EUR is roughly 1000 USD, the daily withdrawal limit Ybets have.

Hi JovanaV , many thanks for helping me with this.
I still have gotten no updates, withdrawal is locked, and Ybets support is not giving any real answers.
I've seen more and more similar complaints on other forums and trustpilot, regarding extensive withdrawal delays , "game provider review" etc.
So wonder what is really going on...
